कुण्डनी पेषणी चुल्ली उद्कुम्भ प्रमार्जनी। पञ्चशूना गृहस्थस्य तेन मोक्षं न गच्छति।।

उखली, चक्की, चूल्हा, जल का घड़ा, झाड़ू इनके कारण गृहस्थ को मोक्ष नहीं होता है।

The mortar, the grindstone, the hearth, the water-pot and the broom — because of these five instruments of harm the householder does not attain liberation.
