'दिग्भ्रान्त्या पतिता वयं भव वन मध्ये देव। सहामहे कष्टं चिराद् दर्शय वर्त्म सदैव।।'

इस पंक्ति को पढ़ते ही पण्डित पन्नालाल जी साहित्याचार्य की आँखों में आँसु आ जाते थे, जब महावीर भगवान की पूजा की जयमाला में 'घनननं घननं घन घण्ट बजे' इसको पढ़ते तो मुख कमल खिल जाता था।

On reading this line — 'O Lord, bewildered as to direction we have fallen in the midst of the forest of worldly existence; for long we bear this suffering, ever show us the path' — tears would come to the eyes of Pandit Pannalal ji Sahityacharya; and when in the jaymala of Lord Mahavir's worship he read 'ghananan ghananan the deep bell rings', his lotus face would blossom.
