हे जिनेन्द्र भगवान्! हे देवों के देव! बाल्यावस्था से आज तक आपके श्रीचरणों की सेवा में आसक्त शिष्यों को कल्पलता सम सेवा से जो काल व्यतीत हुआ है, आज उस सेवा का वह फल आपसे चाहता हूँ कि प्राणों के निकलते समय आपके नाम से सहित अक्षरों के पढ़ने में मेरा गला कुण्ठित न हो।

O Lord Jinendra! O God of gods! For the disciples devoted to the service of Your holy feet from childhood till today—time spent in service like a wish-fulfilling vine—today I ask of You this fruit of that service: that when my life departs, my throat may not falter in uttering the syllables bearing Your name.
