पाकिस्तान में चालीस जैन परिवार थे, आतङ्कवाद से परेशान होकर मन्दिर सहित पाकिस्तान छोड़ने का विचार किया हवाई अड्डे पर अङ्ग्रेज गवर्नर ने कहा प्रति व्यक्ति इतना सामान ले जा सकते हो आस्थावान लोगों ने अपनी सम्पति वहीं छोड़ दी जयपुर में घास की झोपड़ी में भगवान विराजमान किये परिश्रम करके पहले पूजन द्रव्य फिर भोजन द्रव्य खरीदते थे कुछ दिन बाद पहले मन्दिर फिर घर बनवाया। जो खाली हाथ आये थे, वास्तव में जिसके पास धर्म है वह खाली नहीं कहलाता है, बाद में वे सब मालामाल हो गये, अतः आस्था रखकर आयतानों की रक्षा करना चाहिए।

Forty Jain families lived in Pakistan; troubled by terrorism they decided to leave along with their temple. At the airport the British governor said each person could take only so much luggage, so these faithful people left their wealth behind. In Jaipur they installed the Lord in a straw hut and by hard work first bought worship-materials, then food; after some days they built first a temple and then homes. Those who came empty-handed — truly, one who has dharma is never empty — later became prosperous. Therefore, keeping faith, one should protect the objects of worship.
