त्वत्संस्तवेन भवसन्ततिसन्निबद्धं, पापं क्षणात्क्षयमुपैति शरीरभाजां। आक्रान्तलोकमलिनीलमशेषमाशु, सूर्यांशुभिन्नमिवशार्वरमन्धकारं।।

हे भगवन्! आपका स्तवन करने से अनेक भवों के पाप क्षण भर में नष्ट हो जाते हैं, जिस प्रकार रात्रि कालीन अन्धकार सूर्य की किरणों से क्षण भर में नष्ट हो जाता है।

O Lord! By singing Your praise the sins bound over countless lifetimes are destroyed in a moment, just as the darkness of night is dispelled at once by the rays of the sun.
