पावन मेरे नयन भये तुम दरस तैं, पावन पाणी भये तुम चरणन परस तैं। पावन मन हो गयो तिहारे ध्यान तैं, पावन रसना मानी तुम गुण गान तैं।। पावन भयी पर्याय मेरी, में भयो पूरण धनी। मैं शक्ति पूर्वक भक्ति, कीनी पूर्ण भक्ति नहीं बनी।। धन धन्य ते बड़भागि भविजन, नींव शिवघर की धरी। वर क्षीरसागर आदि जल मणिकुम्भ भरि भक्ति करी।।

My eyes are hallowed by Your sight, the water is hallowed by touching Your feet; my mind is hallowed by meditating on You, my tongue is hallowed by singing Your virtues. My very existence has become pure, and I have become perfectly rich. I offered devotion with all my strength, yet perfect devotion was not achieved. Blessed, most fortunate are those worthy souls who have laid the foundation of the abode of liberation, and who, filling jewelled pitchers with the excellent waters of the Milk-ocean and others, have performed devotion.
