मनो यस्य वशं तस्य, भवेत् सर्वं जगत् वशे। मनसस्तु वशं योऽस्ति, स सर्व जगतो वशे।।

जिसका मन वश में है सारा जगत उसके वश में होता है और जो मन के वश में होता है वह सारे जगत के वश में होता है।
