विदेश में पशु सम्मेलन हुआ, सब जगह के पशु-पक्षी आये उनकी विशेषता बतलाई, बाद में भारतीय पशु-पक्षी को बताया, पिटारे में दो केंकड़े थे जो बाहर निकलना चाहते थे, लेकिन एक दूसरे की टाँग खींच कर गिरा देते थे, इसी तरह भारत के लोग किसी की भी उन्नति को देखकर उसे गिराना चाहते हैं।
