An Indian went abroad for treatment and needed milk; the milkman said it was rationed and none was available that day, but he could get some from the landlord. When the Indian suggested he simply mix in water, the milkman called him a traitor to his country; a quarrel broke out and the landlord threw the Indian out, saying a cheat has no place in our country.
