1.वक्ता का सभी शास्त्रों का विधिवत् अध्ययन हो, 2.श्रोताओं की मानसिकता समझे, 3.गूढ़ और गम्भीर विषय योग्यता देखकर देवे, 4.इधर-उधर की बातें न करे, 5.अधिक देर नहीं बोले, 6.प्रथमानुयोग का रस पिलाये, 7.भाषण गन्ने की तरह सरस व छोटा होना चाहिए बाँस की तरह नीरस व लम्बा नहीं होना चाहिए।

A speaker should: 1. have duly studied all scriptures, 2. understand the listeners' mindset, 3. give profound topics only to the worthy, 4. not wander off-topic, 5. not speak too long, 6. offer the sweetness of Prathamanuyoga (narratives), 7. keep the talk juicy and short like sugarcane, not dry and long like bamboo.
