कामासक्त होकर भी रजस्वला से समागम न करें और न ही उसके साथ एक शय्या पर शयन करें क्योंकि रजस्वला से समागम करने वाले पुरुष की प्रज्ञा, तेज, बल, दृष्टि और आयु भी क्षीण हो जाती है किन्तु रजस्वला से दूर रहने वाले की प्रज्ञा, तेज, बल, दृष्टि व आयु बढ़ती है।

Even when driven by desire, one should not unite with a menstruating woman nor even share a bed with her, for the wisdom, vigour, strength, sight and lifespan of a man who does so decline, while those of one who keeps away from her increase.
