सत्संग में बिना कुछ किए उन्नति होती है और कुसंग में बिना कुछ किए पतन होता है। भगवान् में प्रेम होना भी सत्संग है और नाशवान का प्रेम (मोह) छूटना भी सत्संग है। हर हाल में खुश रहने की विद्या सत्संग से ही मिलती है।

In holy company one rises without doing anything, and in bad company one falls without doing anything. Loving the Lord is holy company, and letting go of attachment to the perishable is also holy company. The art of staying happy in every circumstance is gained only from holy company.
