जिसे तनाव में डालना हो, उसे जिम्मेदारियाँ सौंप दो। खाली गाड़ी आवाज ज्यादा करती है व भरी शान्त निकल जाती है, ऐसे ही कोई ज्यादा बोले तो उसे समझाओ मत, जिम्मेदारी सौंप दो वह अपने आप शान्त हो जायेगा।

If you wish to put someone under stress, hand them responsibilities. An empty cart rattles more while a loaded one passes quietly; likewise if someone talks too much, do not argue, hand over responsibility and they will quiet down by themselves.
