यहाँ पर प्रायः नीच कुल में उत्पन्न हुए लोग कुलीन की, सौभाग्य हीन स्त्री पति की, कंजूस दानी की, अपवित्र पवित्रों की, निर्धन धनवानों की, कुरूप सुन्दर शरीर वालों की, पापी धर्मात्मा की, मूर्ख शास्त्रों के ज्ञाता-विद्वानों की और मिथ्यादृष्टि संतों की निन्दा करते हैं। गुरु का उपहास करने से व्यक्ति मरने पर गधा, निन्दा करने से कुत्ता उनकी सम्पत्ति का भोग करने से कृमि और ईर्ष्या करने से कीड़ा होता है।

Here it is usually the low-born who slander the noble, the luckless wife her husband, the miser the generous, the impure the pure, the poor the rich, the ugly the beautiful, the sinner the righteous, the fool the scholars of scripture, and the wrong-sighted the saints. By mocking a guru one is reborn a donkey, by slander a dog, by consuming his wealth a worm, and by envy an insect.
