अज्ञानी लोग छोटे काम ही आरम्भ करते हैं और अत्यन्त व्यग्र हो जाते हैं, बुद्धिमान लोग महान् कार्य हाथ में लेते हैं परन्तु व्याकुल नहीं होते हैं।
