विषयों का सेवन छोड़ने पर भी जिसके विषय वासना नहीं छूटी उसकी भव सन्तति अभी कम नहीं हुई है। विकार भाव जीव को ज्ञान शून्य बना देता है।

Even after giving up the enjoyment of sense-objects, one whose sensual craving has not left has not yet lessened the chain of rebirths. Impure feeling makes a being void of knowledge.
