मोती की कीमत चमक, साधना की कीमत ब्रह्मचर्य है। जीवन में करोड़ों उपवास, लाखों जप कर लेना लेकिन शीलहीन का जप-तप कार्यकारी नहीं होता है। सील की कीमत होती है, यदि सील खुल गयी तो बाजार में कीमत कम हो जाती है।

A pearl's worth is its lustre; a spiritual practice's worth is celibacy. One may do crores of fasts and lakhs of recitations in life, but the recitation and austerity of one without virtue are ineffective. A seal has value; once the seal is broken, its price falls in the market.
