आचार्यों ने लिखा है- अगर तू इन्द्रियों का दमन नहीं कर पाया तो फिर परमार्थ की दुकान क्यों लगा रखी है। बाहर से धुला हुआ है और अन्दर से मलिन है ऐसे में तेरे हाथ में कुछ भी नहीं लगेगा।

The Acharyas have written: if you cannot subdue your senses, why have you set up a shop of spirituality? Washed clean without but soiled within, in such a state nothing will come into your hands.
