गधों के बीच में शेर का बच्चा अपने स्वभाव को भूलकर बोझा ढो रहा था, शेर की दहाड़ सुनकर उसे अपने स्वरूप का ज्ञान हो गया, इसी प्रकार संसारी प्राणी संसार में रुल रहा है, जब गुरु रूपी सिंहों कि दहाड़ सुनता है तव अपने स्वरूप का ज्ञान होता है और फिर सिद्धों की श्रेणी मे जाकर मिल जाता है।

A lion cub among donkeys, forgetting its nature, was carrying loads; on hearing a lion's roar it realized its true form. Likewise the worldly being wanders in samsara, and when it hears the roar of the guru-lions it comes to know its own true nature and then joins the ranks of the Siddhas.
