स्तवुक सङ्क्रमण- विरोधी राजा ने चढ़ाई की और कहा कोई पुरूष नहीं निकल सकता लेकिन स्त्रियाँ निकल सकती हैं, राजा ने स्त्री का वेश धारण किया और नगर के बाहर चला गया, इसी प्रकार जो प्रकृतियाँ अन्य प्रकृति रूप परिणमन करके उदय में आती हैं उसे स्तवुक सङ्क्रमण कहते हैं।

Stavuka-sankramana: an enemy king attacked and declared that no man may leave, but women may leave; the king put on a woman's dress and went out of the city. In the same way, when karmic natures transform into the form of another nature and come into fruition, it is called stavuka-sankramana (transition into another type).
