तेली और क्षत्रिय का झगड़ा हो गया, तेली ने क्षत्रिय को पटक कर दबा दिया, जाति पूँछने पर जोश आया, क्षत्रिय ने तेली को क्षणभर मे नीचे दबा दिया, इसी प्रकार आत्मा क्षत्रिय है, कर्म तेली है, लेकिन अभी कर्मों की जाति नहीं जानी इसलिए आत्मा दबी हुई है।

An oilman and a Kshatriya quarreled; the oilman threw the Kshatriya down and pinned him. On being asked his caste, the Kshatriya's spirit was roused and in a moment he pinned the oilman down. Likewise the soul is the Kshatriya and karma is the oilman; but so long as the soul has not recognized the caste of karmas, the soul remains pinned down.
