व्रतों की पाँच-पाँच भावनायें- बिजली के खम्बे की मजबूती के लिये आजू बाजू में दो तार कस देते हैं ताकि गिरे नहीं इसी प्रकार व्रतों की मजबूती के लिये पाँच-पाँच भावनायें हैं।

Five reflections for each vow: to strengthen an electric pole, two wires are tightened on its sides so it does not fall; likewise, to strengthen each vow there are five reflections each.
