बह्वारम्भ परिग्रहत्वं नारकस्यायुषः। अल्पारम्भ परिग्रहत्वं मानुषस्य। माया तैर्यग्योनस्य। सरागसंयम संयमासंयमाकाम निर्जरा बाल तपांसि दैवस्य। सम्यक्त्वं च। सम्यग्दर्शनज्ञानचारित्राणि मोक्षमार्गः।

पाँच मार्ग- 'बहुत आरम्भ और बहुत परिग्रह' 'नरकायु' के आस्रव के कारण हैं। 'अल्प आरम्भ और अल्पपरिग्रह' 'मनुष्यायु' के आस्रव के कारण हैं। 'मायाचारी' 'तिर्यञ्चायु' का कारण है। 'सरागसंयम, संयमासंयम, अकामनिर्जरा, बालतप और सम्यग्दर्शन' 'देवायु' के आस्रव के कारण हैं। सम्यग्दर्शन, सम्यग्ज्ञान, और सम्यक्चारित्र की एकता ही मोक्ष का मार्ग है।

Five paths: 'much undertaking and much possession' are causes of influx of hell-lifespan; 'little undertaking and little possession' cause influx of human-lifespan; 'deceit' causes animal-lifespan; 'restraint-with-attachment, partial restraint, involuntary shedding, ignorant austerity and right belief' are causes of influx of celestial-lifespan; and the unity of right faith, right knowledge and right conduct is the path to liberation.
