जीवाधिकरण के एक सौ आठ भेद- अशुभ और शुभ दोनों एक सौ आठ-एक सौ आठ भेद वाले होते हैं, यह अधिकरण समरम्भादि सत्ताईस का चार कषाय के साथ गुणा करने से एक सौ आठ भेद होते हैं और अनन्तानुबन्धी आदि सोलह के साथ गुणा करने पर चार सौ बत्तीस भेद हो जाते हैं।

The one hundred eight divisions of the soul-instrument: both the inauspicious and auspicious have one hundred eight divisions each; multiplying the twenty-seven (samrambha etc.) by the four passions gives one hundred eight divisions, and multiplying by the sixteen (anantanubandhi etc.) gives four hundred thirty-two divisions.
