जैन सिद्धान्त में उत्पाद, व्यय, ध्रौव्य माना गया है, किन्तु दूसरे लोग मानते हैं, कि ब्रह्मा-सृष्टिकर्ता, विष्णु-रक्षक, महेश-संहारक हैं, जैसे शरीर में बुखार आया तो ऊष्णता का उत्पाद, ठण्डेपन का व्यय और शरीर ध्रौव्य है।

Jain doctrine accepts origination, destruction and permanence; others hold Brahma as creator, Vishnu as protector, Mahesh as destroyer. For example, when fever comes to the body, heat is originated, coldness is destroyed, and the body remains permanent.
