मध्यलोक का वर्णन- पहले सुषमासुषमा काल में शरीर की अवगाहना तीन कोष, दूसरे सुषमा काल में दो कोष, तीसरे काल में एक कोष की अवगाहना, चौथे काल में पाँच सौ धनुष, आयु भी इसी क्रम से तीन पल्य, दो पल्य व एक पल्य, एक कोटि वर्ष पूर्व उत्कृष्ट आयु होती है।

Description of the middle world: in the first Sushama-sushama age the body's height is three kos, in the second Sushama age two kos, in the third age one kos, in the fourth age five hundred bows; the lifespan likewise in order is three palya, two palya, one palya, and one crore purva as the maximum.
