गर्भ में ही स्वर्ग की आयु- गर्भस्थ शिशु जो अभी कुछ घण्टों का है वह तीसरे-चौथे स्वर्ग की आयु बाँध सकता है, जो कुछ दिनों का है तो वह पाँचवे-छटवे स्वर्ग तक की आयु बाँध सकता है, तीन माह से लेकर सात-आठ माह का नौवें से बारह वे स्वर्ग तक की आयु बाँध सकता है, जब अविकसित दशा में देवायु का बन्ध कर सकता है, तो विकसित अवस्था में क्या मोक्ष प्राप्त नहीं कर सकता ?

Even in the womb — the age of heaven: a fetus only a few hours old can bind the lifespan of the third or fourth heaven; one a few days old can bind up to the fifth or sixth heaven; one of three to seven-eight months can bind up to the ninth through twelfth heaven. If in an undeveloped state it can bind a celestial lifespan, then in a developed state can it not attain liberation?
