As a witless man, having found an elephant, uses it to carry firewood; as a fool fills a golden vessel with dust and washes his feet with divine nectar; as an idiot flings away a great gem to drive off a crow and then weeps; so, says Banarsi, does one who has gained this rare human body needlessly waste it through ignorance.
