अन्धादयं महानन्धो, विषयान्धी कृतेक्षणः। चक्षुषान्धो न जानाति, विषयान्धो न केनचित्।।

विषयान्ध व्यक्ति अन्धे से भी बड़ा अन्धा है क्योंकि अन्धे को केवल आँखों से नहीं दिखता विषयान्ध की एक भी इन्द्रिय काम नहीं करती हैं।

One blinded by the senses is more blind than the sightless, for the sightless merely cannot see with his eyes, but for the sense-blind not a single sense-faculty works.
