मुनि तो सत्य बोलते ही हैं क्योंकि मुनियों के द्वारा समस्त विद्याएँ निर्मित हैं, किन्तु सत्य को धारण करने वाले म्लेच्छों को भी विद्याएँ सिद्ध हो जाती हैं।

Sages of course speak truth, for all the sciences were shaped by them; but even to barbarians who hold to truth, the sciences become accomplished.
