आठवें गुणस्थान तक सब कर्मों की स्थिति अन्तः कोड़ा-कोड़ी सागर पड़ती है, इसके आगे कम होती जाती है। क्षायोपशमिक सम्यग्दृष्टि जीव केवली के पादमूल में तीन करण पूर्वक मिथ्यात्व और सम्यग्मिथ्यात्व को सम्यक् प्रकृति में संक्रमित करके सम्यक् प्रकृति की क्षपणा करता हुआ जब सम्यक् प्रकृति की स्थिति अन्तर्मुहूर्त मात्र रह जाती है उसको कृतकृत्य वेदक कहते हैं।

Up to the eighth stage the duration of all karmas is antah-koda-kodi sagara, and beyond it keeps decreasing. A partial-destructional right-believer, at the feet of the Kevali, through the three processes transmutes wrong-belief and mixed-belief into the right-belief nature and, while destroying the right-belief nature, when only an antarmuhurta of its duration remains, is called the 'accomplished experiencer' (kritakritya vedaka).
