मिथ्यात्व से यदि दुर्गति हुई तो निगोदादि में दीर्घकाल तक भ्रमण करना पड़ता है, यदि सुगति हुई तो देवगति में किल्विष या आभियोग्य जाति का देव हो दुःख उठाना पड़ता है, इन्द्रियों की इच्छानुकूल प्रवृत्ति करना मिथ्यात्व का लक्षण है।

If delusion leads to an evil destiny, one must wander long in the nigoda and such states; if to a good destiny, one becomes a low kilbisha or servile-class deity and suffers. Acting according to the desires of the senses is the mark of delusion.
