श्रद्धानं परमार्थाना, माप्तागम तपोभृतां। त्रिमूढापोढ़मष्टाङ्गं, सम्यग्दर्शनमस्मयं।

तीन मूढ़ताओं से रहित आठ अङ्गों से सहित सच्चे देव-शास्त्र-गुरु का श्रद्धान करना सम्यग्दर्शन कहलाता है।

Believing in the true Deity, Scripture and Guru, free of the three follies and endowed with the eight limbs, is called right-faith (samyagdarshan).
