आप कुछ भी पढ़ लो, अपनी भाषा सीखो, माँ की भाषा समझो। लड़का पढ़ लिख कर आया, माँ ने गले लगाया, आँसु बहाये, आशीर्वाद दिया, लड़का ट्राँसलेटर से पूँछता है, ये क्या कह रहीं हैं? उसने समझाया 'my dear son'। इतनी योग्यता तो हो कि अपनी माँ की भाषा को समझ सके।

Study whatever you like, but learn your own language and understand your mother's tongue. A boy came home educated; his mother embraced him, shed tears and blessed him. The boy asked a translator, 'What is she saying?' and was told, 'My dear son.' One should at least be competent enough to understand one's own mother's language.
