देश और विदेश के भेद से संसार दो भागों में बँटा है- देश में भगवत्ता है, विदेश में भौतिकता है। देश में पवित्रता है, विदेश में पतन है। देश में वीतराग विज्ञान की शिक्षा दी जाती है, विदेश में भौतिक निर्माण की शिक्षा दी जाती है। देश धर्म को लेकर आगे बढ़ता है, विदेश धन के पीछे भागता है। देश में आत्मा को शुद्ध करने का उपदेश दिया जाता है, विदेश में देह को सम्भालने का उपदेश दिया जाता है। देश में मन्दिर हैं, जिससे संस्कार मिलते हैं, विदेश में सिनेमा घर हैं, जिनमें भौतिक जीवन जीने की शिक्षा मिलती है।

The world is divided into homeland and foreign land: the homeland holds divinity, the foreign land materialism; one has purity, the other decline. Here the science of dispassion is taught, there material construction; the homeland advances with dharma, the foreign land chases wealth. Here one is taught to purify the soul, there to pamper the body; here temples give values, there cinemas teach only material living.
