सात बातें अच्छी नहीं लगती- 1.कञ्जूस को दान देने वाला, 2.लोभी को याचना करने वाला, 3.चोर को उजाला, 4.मूर्ख को उपदेश देने वाला, 5.कर्जदार को साहूकार, 6.रूपवान को बुढ़ापा, 7.व्याभिचारिणी को पति अच्छा नहीं लगता है।

Seven things that do not please: 1. a giver of charity displeases the miser, 2. a beggar displeases the greedy, 3. light displeases the thief, 4. one who preaches displeases the fool, 5. the moneylender displeases the debtor, 6. old age displeases the beautiful, 7. a husband displeases the unchaste woman.
