मन का विशुद्ध होना ही तीर्थ है, वचन, संयम और इन्द्रिय निग्रह करना भी शरीर में उत्पन्न तीर्थ है, जिस पुरुष के ये तीर्थ हैं वे उसकी स्वर्ग गति को निर्दिष्ट करते हैं।

The purity of the mind is itself a place of pilgrimage; controlling speech, self-restraint, and mastery of the senses are also pilgrimage-places arising within the body; the man who possesses these pilgrimages is destined for heaven.
