पिच्छी-कमण्डलु के विना मोक्ष नहीं, तथा रत्नत्रय के विना मात्र पिच्छी-कमण्डलु लेने से भी मोक्ष नहीं होता है।

There is no liberation without the pichhi and kamandalu, yet merely taking up the pichhi and kamandalu without the three jewels also brings no liberation.
