संसार के सब काम ध्यान से करते हैं, जैसे नोट गिनना, गाड़ी चलाना, भोजन करना, टी.वी. देखना आदि सब ध्यान से करते हैं पर माला, पूजा, ध्यान, प्रवचन विना ध्यान के करते हैं।

We do all worldly tasks with attention - counting notes, driving, eating, watching TV - all with attention; but the rosary, worship, meditation and sermons we do without attention.
