अन्य पुरुष के रहने पर चिन्ता होती है, चिन्ता से कर्मबन्ध होता है और उससे संसार बढ़ता है इसलिए मोक्ष की इच्छा करने वाले मनुष्य को 'सब चिन्ताओं से रहित मैं एक हूँ, निश्चिन्त हूँ' ऐसा चिन्तन करना चाहिए।

Where there is thought of the other, worry arises; from worry comes karmic bondage, and from that worldly existence grows. Therefore one who desires liberation should reflect: 'Free of all cares, I am one alone, I am free of worry.'
