मात्र पढ़ने वाले, पढ़ाने वाले, शास्त्र का चिन्तन करने वाले तथा आसक्ति पूर्वक कार्य करने वाले सब मूर्ख हैं, जो क्रियावान् है अर्थात् पठित एवं चिन्तित योग्य कार्य को करता है, वही पण्डित है।

Those who merely read, merely teach, merely contemplate scripture, or work with attachment are all fools; only one who acts — who puts into practice what he has read and reflected upon — is truly wise.
