विद्यालय एक मन्दिर है, सरस्वती वहाँ की देवी है, शिक्षक पुजारी है, विद्यार्थी भक्त हैं, अत: विद्यालय शुद्ध और व्यसन मुक्त होकर जाना चाहिए, चप्पल पहनकर गुटका खाकर विद्यालय में प्रवेश नहीं करना चाहिए।

A school is a temple, Saraswati its deity, the teacher its priest, and the students its devotees; therefore one should enter the school pure and free of bad habits, and not walk in wearing sandals and chewing tobacco.
