जहाँ न सम्मान हो, न आजीविका हो, न बन्धुजन हो, न अपने धर्म की रक्षा हो, न धर्मात्मा, न दानी, न परोपकारी, न गुणवान हों और न विद्या प्राप्ति का साधन हो, न राजा हो अथवा बहुत राजा हों, जहाँ स्त्री राजा हो या बालक राजा हो या मूर्ख राजा हो वहाँ नहीं रहना चाहिए।

One should not stay where there is no honour, no livelihood, no kinsfolk, no protection of one's dharma, no virtuous or charitable or benevolent or worthy people, no means of gaining knowledge, no king or too many kings, or where a woman, a child, or a fool is the ruler.
