कर्म वही है जो बंध कारक न हो। विद्या वही है जो मुक्ति कारक हो। इसके अतिरिक्त अन्य कर्म प्रयास मात्र है और अन्य विद्या शिल्प निपुणता मात्र है।

True action is that which causes no bondage; true knowledge is that which leads to liberation. Beyond this, other action is mere effort and other knowledge mere craftsmanship.
