सम्यक् प्रवृत्ति करने में यदि लोक हास्य का भय है, तब वह सम्यक्त्व का अतिचार है, अतः लोक हास्य का भय मत करो, जो उचित हो, उसे करें।

If there is fear of public ridicule in acting rightly, that is a transgression of right faith; so do not fear people's ridicule — do whatever is proper.
