प्राणी को अंगों का महत्त्व ज्ञात है अतः उसे सभी अंग प्रिय हैं और एक भी अंग खराब नहीं चाहता, एक अंग खराब होने पर लाखों करोड़ों रुपये खर्च कर देता है, इसी प्रकार सम्यग्दर्शन के सभी अंगों का पालन करना चाहिए।

A being knows the value of its limbs, so all its limbs are dear to it and it wishes none to be damaged; when one limb is harmed it spends millions to save it. In the same way one should observe all the limbs of Samyagdarshan (right faith).
