पहला सुख निरोगी काया, दूसरा सुख घर में हो माया, तीसरा सुख सुत आज्ञाकारी, चौथा सुख मृदुभाषी पतिव्रता नारी, पाँचवा सुख-सदन हो घर का, छठवाँ सुख कर्ज न हो पर का, सातवाँ सुख चले व्यापार, आठवाँ सुख सबको हो प्यार, नौवाँ सुख निराकुलता हो मन में, दसवाँ सुख न हो वैर-विरोध जीवन में, ग्यारहवाँ सुख मन लगे धर्म में, बारहवाँ सुख न फँसे कुकर्म में, तेरहवाँ सुख हो साधु समागम, चौदहवाँ सुख मर्मज्ञ जिनागम, पन्द्रहवाँ सुख जैन शील व्रतधारी, सोलहवाँ सुख हो अरिहंत पुजारी, ये सब पाय बने गृह त्यागी धन्य-धन्य वे नर अवतारी, इस भव साधु संत कहलावे, परभव सुरग मुक्ति पद पावे, नर भव सुकुल सफल जिनवाणी, बार-बार नहीं पावें प्राणी, करते 'प्रार्थना' धर्म कमावो, बार-बार नहीं नर तन पावो।

The first happiness is a healthy body; the second, wealth in the home; the third, an obedient son; the fourth, a soft-spoken, devoted wife; the fifth, a house of one's own; the sixth, being free of others' debt; the seventh, a thriving business; the eighth, being loved by all; the ninth, tranquillity in the mind; the tenth, no enmity or conflict in life; the eleventh, the mind absorbed in dharma; the twelfth, not falling into misdeeds; the thirteenth, the company of saints; the fourteenth, insight into the Jina's scriptures; the fifteenth, being a Jain observer of chastity and vows; the sixteenth, being a worshipper of the Arihant. Having gained all these and renounced the home, blessed indeed are those born as such men — in this life called saints, in the next attaining heaven and liberation. Human birth, noble lineage and the fruitful word of the Jina are not gained again and again, O being; so through 'prayer' earn dharma, for again and again the human body is not attained.
