जहाँ-कहीं भी जो कुछ खाकर, जैसा-तैसा वस्त्र पहन कर जहाँ-कहीं भी रहकर जो आत्म संतुष्ट रहता है, निर्जन स्थान में रहता है और दूसरों के संसर्ग को त्यागता है अर्थात् हर परिस्थिति में सन्तुष्ट रहने वाला सुखी होता है।

One who remains content wherever he is, eating whatever, wearing whatever, dwelling in solitude and giving up entanglement with others — in short, one who stays satisfied in every circumstance is happy.
