इस असार एवं दुःख पूर्ण संसार में अनन्त अवसर्पिणी-उत्सर्पिणी काल व्यतीत हो गए, उन समस्त कालों में यही मन्त्रराज महत्त्वपूर्ण रहा है अर्थात् अतीत काल में जिन भव्य प्राणियों ने मुक्ति पाई है, विदेहादिक से वर्तमान काल में पा रहे हैं, पाँच भरत और पाँच ऐरावत क्षेत्र से भविष्यत् काल में मुक्ति पायेंगे, यह सब मन्त्रराज का ही प्रभाव जानना चाहिए।

In this insubstantial, sorrow-filled world, infinite descending and ascending cycles of time have passed, and in all those ages this King of Mantras has remained supreme; that is, the worthy beings who attained liberation in the past, those attaining it now in the present from Videha and other regions, and those who will attain it in the future from the five Bharat and five Airavat regions — all this should be known as the very power of the King of Mantras.
