सबसे कठिन बंधन स्नेह का है, परतन्त्रता भी मात्र इतनी है कि पर से स्नेह है, अपने को स्वतन्त्र, स्वतः सिद्ध, अविनाशी, अखण्ड, सत् जानकर बन्धन से दूर रहो और प्रसन्न रहो।

The hardest bondage is that of affection; all our dependence is just this — that we feel affection for the not-self. Knowing yourself to be free, self-established, imperishable, whole, and real, stay away from bondage and remain joyful.
